The REED R5002 is a high voltage insulation resistance tester offering selectable test voltages of 500V, 1000V, 2500V, and 5000V, with measurement capability up to 60 gigaohms. It also functions as an AC/DC voltmeter up to 600V and includes Dielectric Absorption Ratio testing, a timed test mode, and a backlit display with analog bargraph. It ships with test leads, alligator clips, a hard carrying case, and runs on 8 C batteries or an optional AC adapter.
