The REED R5040-NIST is an autoranging True RMS clamp meter that handles AC/DC current up to 1000A and AC/DC voltage up to 750V/1000V, plus resistance, capacitance, frequency and duty cycle. It reads out on a 50,000-count backlit display with a 61-segment bargraph, holds min/max readings, and has a non-contact voltage sensor built into the clamp tip along with a contact-temperature probe input. Rated CAT III 600V, it ships complete with test leads, thermocouple, battery and case, and this NIST variant adds a full traceable calibration certificate with data and uncertainties.
