The REED R5400 AC Line Splitter lets you take an accurate current reading with a standard clamp meter on an appliance's power cord, without having to cut or strip any wires. It separates the hot conductor from the neutral/ground so your clamp jaw can close around a single wire, and offers two sensitivity settings (1x and 10x) for cords carrying up to 15A. Rated CAT II 600V and sized to fit clamp jaws 0.75 inch and larger.
