The REED R8085 is a wearable personal noise dosimeter that logs both instantaneous sound pressure level (35-130dB) and cumulative %dose exposure over a work shift, meeting Type 2 accuracy (+/-1.0dB) for OSHA/CCOHS compliance monitoring. It clips onto a worker's collar via its 0.5 in electret microphone, offers selectable sampling intervals, A/C frequency weighting, and a backlit LCD with min/max and alarm indicators, and downloads logged data to a PC over USB.
