No Fix, No Fee
If our engineers cannot repair your instrument, you pay only the diagnostic inspection fee, not a repair charge. Diagnostic reports are provided in writing for submitted instruments.

Turnaround & Logistics
- Standard turnaround: 3–5 business days from receipt of instrument.
- Express service: 1–2 business days for simple calibrations (at premium rate) — subject to technician availability.
- Kenya HQ and regional logistics: Instrument collection, drop-off or courier logistics are arranged through the Kenya headquarters or regional subsidiaries based on project location.
- Regional courier: Courier collection arranged at client cost; return delivery included in service fee.
- Calibration certificate: ISO-traceable calibration certificate issued with every completed calibration job.
