What's Included with Every Hire
Current Calibration Certificate
Every hire instrument comes with a current ISO-traceable calibration certificate. If your hire period extends past the certificate expiry, a re-calibration and new certificate will be issued.
Half-Day Operation Training
For clients unfamiliar with a particular instrument, our technicians provide a half-day familiarisation session at handover — covering setup, operation, data collection and basic troubleshooting.
Consumables Included
Batteries (charged), memory cards, spare prism targets and any required cables or adapters are supplied with the hire package. No hidden extras.
Technical Support During Hire
Phone and WhatsApp support from our technicians is available throughout your hire period for operational questions and troubleshooting.
Hire Booking Process
- Contact us with your required equipment, project location and hire period.
- Receive a quotation for the applicable country, hire period and equipment package within 4 business hours.
- Confirm with 50% deposit; balance on collection or delivery.
- Equipment delivered or collected through our Kenya headquarters or regional subsidiary office, depending on project location.
- Return at end of hire — we collect from Nairobi locations at no extra charge.
