2. Shipping Timelines
Estimated timelines apply once payment is confirmed:

4. Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the equipment and the delivery destination.
- Standard Orders: Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout or provided in your proforma invoice.
- Large/Bulk Orders: For heavy engineering machinery, we arrange specialized freight transport. Please call us for a logistics consultation.
5. Store Pickup (Click & Collect)
Choose to collect your order from our Nairobi headquarters at no extra cost.

We will notify you via email or phone when your equipment is ready.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a waybill number or tracking link so you can monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.
