Handling of Precision Instruments
Custom Foam Packaging
Total stations, GNSS receivers, levels and laser scanners are packed in manufacturer-spec foam-lined cases. Instruments are never shipped in loose padding — only in rigid cases or crates.
Shock & Tilt Indicators
Fragile precision instruments carry ShockWatch and TiltWatch labels. If a label is activated on receipt, document this immediately and contact us — we manage the insurance claim on your behalf.
Shipment Insurance
All orders are insured at full replacement value. Insurance is included in the delivery charge. In the event of loss or damage, we handle the claim and arrange replacement or repair.
Temperature-Sensitive Items
Battery packs and certain electronic components are subject to IATA regulations for air freight. We manage all dangerous goods classification and documentation for air shipments.
