About the event

A small session at the MSL Head Office in Nairobi on 30 September 2020 for surveyors who had registered for a first look at CORS. It explained how network RTK removes the need for a local base station, compared GNSS rovers with total stations on the same control points, and briefed participants on LIDAR scanners and GPR equipment and where each earns its place on a project. The registration sheet lists about thirty registrants; four participants completed the day and received certificates.
