A handheld combustible gas leak detector for locating methane and similar leaks around piping, appliances, and industrial equipment, sensitive to about 50 ppm methane with an LEL alarm threshold of 10%. It uses a long flexible gooseneck probe to reach tight spaces, gives both visual and audible alarms with an adjustable beep rate, and responds in about 2 seconds after a short warm-up.
