The REED R1407 is a 500ml pH 7.00 buffer solution used to calibrate pH meters and condition electrodes before and after use. Color-coded green for fast recognition, it ships in a childproof bottle with a viewing strip and carries +/-0.020 pH accuracy referenced to NIST publication 260-53. It's commonly used alongside the R1404 and R1410 buffers for full three-point calibration.
