The REED R1620 is a compact, magnet-backed sound level meter from REED's Bluetooth Smart Series, measuring 30-130 dB with roughly +/-1.5 dB accuracy and both A- and C-frequency weighting with fast/slow response. Rather than relying on an onboard screen, it pairs over Bluetooth 5.0 (up to about 75 m, with support for several simultaneously connected units) to the free REED Smart Series mobile app, where readings can be logged, graphed and emailed as reports. Running on 4 AAA batteries for roughly 50 hours, it's built for quick, mobile noise-level checks in workplaces and job sites.
