Product Description
The REED R2300-NIST is a compact non-contact infrared thermometer with a 12:1 distance-to-spot ratio, letting users read surface temperatures from a safe distance across a -32 to 400C (-26 to 752F) range. It has a built-in laser sighting pointer, adjustable emissivity, a backlit display, and min/max/high-low alarm functions, making it handy for quick spot-checks on hot, hazardous, or hard-to-reach surfaces. This NIST variant ships with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate for accuracy documentation, on top of the same compact thermometer hardware sold as the standard R2300.
