High-voltage insulation resistance tester offering five selectable test voltages (500V-5000V) and insulation readings up to 60 GOhm, with polarization index (PI) and dielectric absorption ratio (DAR) modes for cable, motor and transformer diagnostics. Also handles AC/DC voltage to 600V and low-resistance/continuity checks, with a timed test mode (1-15 min) and a 6000-count backlit LCD. CAT IV 600V rated, powered by 8 C-cell batteries or the included AC adapter; supplied with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate.
