The REED R5825-NIST is the same rugged loop calibrator used to source, simulate, and measure 4-20mA current loops, complete with a 24V internal loop supply, 0-30V/0-30mA DC readout, and selectable step/ramp outputs on a backlit LCD. It includes a kickstand, LED flashlight, and roughly 20 hours of battery life from 3 AAs. This version comes with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate.
