On 4th July 2025, Measurement Systems Ltd, in collaboration with Muya CORS, hosted a free RTK and CORS training and demonstration at Lysak Haven Park, Machakos. The event brought together surveyors, engineers, and mapping professionals eager to enhance their knowledge in modern geospatial technologies.
Participants were taken through emerging trends in surveying, including the use of GNSS and CORS networks, real-time field demonstrations with various RTK systems, and step-by-step guidance on CORS configuration. The hands-on session allowed attendees to interact directly with the equipment and ask practical questions to technical experts.
Beyond training, an equipment exhibition was held to showcase the latest in survey technology. Attendees also got insights into services offered by Measurement Systems Ltd such as instrument sales and calibration, RTK correction services, post-processing support, and land mapping. It was a successful knowledge-sharing event aimed at empowering professionals in the field.
