Reed R2980-nist Probe, Type K, Oven/freezer, -112/392°f, -80/200°c W/nist Cert

An air-temperature Type K probe purpose-built for ovens, walk-in coolers, and freezers, with a stainless-steel shield around the sensing tip so it reads ambient air rather than picking up heat from whatever it's resting against. It covers a wide -112 to 392F (-80 to 200C) span, uses a flexible braided stainless steel lead about 39 in (100 cm) long, and comes with a mounting clip to hold it in place inside the unit being monitored. The -NIST version adds a NIST-traceable calibration certificate on top of the same physical probe.
