Our team planned for the CORS demonstration and training in Measurement Systems Limited offices in Nairobi where the training comprised of two sessions, the theoretic and field practice.
During the practical training, the surveyors where trained on how to configure any RTK rover (using the M9 RTK Network Rover) to get corrections from a CORS station and demonstration on how RTK system works. There was also a demonstration on total station.
The surveyors and cartographers who had attended the training really appreciated and learnt a lot during the training.
